本アプリ「めんこいな」（以下「本アプリ」）は、家族など少人数のグループで写真・動画を共有するためのアプリです。運営者（以下「当社」）は、利用者の情報を以下のとおり取り扱います。

Menkoina（めんこいな） (the "App") is an app for sharing photos and videos within a small group such as a family. The operator (the "Company") handles user information as follows.

1. Information We Collect

Account: an anonymous user ID issued automatically by the App; an email address if registered for account recovery.
Content: uploaded photos and videos (including metadata such as the date taken), comments, likes, and display names.
Usage: last-viewed time and a device push token (if notifications are enabled).

We do not ask for your name, address, or phone number. We do not collect location data.

2. How We Use Information

To provide album sharing features (photo display, comments, notifications).
To recover your account when you change devices (email address).
To prevent abuse and respond to inquiries.

3. Who Can See Your Photos

Uploaded photos and videos are visible only to members of the same album who have been approved by an admin. They are never made public. Viewing uses secure, time-limited links.

4. Third Parties and External Services

We do not sell or share user information with third parties except as required by law. The App uses the following services: Supabase (database, authentication, file storage), Amazon Web Services (verification emails), Expo (push notifications), and Google AdMob (ads; this policy will be updated when introduced).

5. Retention and Deletion

Leaving an album or deleting photos removes access to the data. Albums with no remaining members become subject to deletion after a roughly 30-day recovery period.
You can permanently delete your account and registered email via "Delete account" in the App.

6. Children's Photos

The App is intended for use by parents and family members. Please obtain appropriate consent before posting photos of children.
