Terms of Service (English)

These Terms govern the use of the Menkoina（めんこいな） app (the "App"). By using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

The App is a free service for sharing photos and videos within a small group such as a family, funded by advertising.

2. Keep Your Own Copies (No Warranty)

• The App is a sharing service, not a backup or storage guarantee.
• Always keep the originals on your own device or another storage location.
• Except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence, the operator is not liable for damages arising from data loss or corruption, or from interruption or termination of the service.

3. Prohibited Conduct

The following are prohibited and may result in content removal or suspension: content that violates laws or public order; content that infringes the rights of others (likeness, copyright, privacy); photos taken or shared without the subject's consent (including children); interference with the service or unauthorized access.

4. Content Moderation

Album admins can moderate content (delete inappropriate comments, remove or approve members). If you find inappropriate content, contact your album admin or the address below; the operator will remove content as necessary.

5. Accounts

Email registration is required for account recovery. You can leave an album or delete your account at any time from within the App.

6. Ads

The App may display advertisements, including the operator's own notices.

7. Changes to or Termination of the Service

The operator may change or terminate the App with prior notice. Termination will be announced in the App within a reasonable period.

8. Changes to These Terms

These Terms may be updated. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan.
