Privacy Policy (English)

Last updated: August 11, 2026

ImaDoko ON（今ドコON） (the "App") lets you share your location only when someone asks and you say OK. Infra Design Inc. (the "Company") handles user information as follows.

1. Information We Collect

The App works without account registration. We do not ask for your name, email address, or phone number.

Anonymous user ID: an identifier issued automatically by the App.
Display name, icon, and color: set by you and shown to your partners.
Location: collected and sent only while you have explicitly approved a sharing request, and only for the duration you chose. We do not collect location at any other time.
Messages: short messages sent while sharing.
Nicknames and group names: set by you.
Push notification token: a device identifier used to deliver notifications.

2. How Location Is Handled

Location is collected only when you answer "OK" to a request, for the duration you select (5 minutes to end of day).
Collection happens only while the App is open (foreground), sending roughly every 15 seconds. We do not perform continuous background tracking.
Sharing ends automatically when the time expires, and you can end it manually at any time.
You can decline requests, or stop receiving them entirely with the "Not now" setting.

3. How We Use Information

To provide location sharing and messaging between users.
To deliver push notifications about requests and responses.
To respond to inquiries.

We do not use it for ad targeting, behavioral analysis, or tracking.

4. Who Can See Your Location

For one-to-one sharing, only the partner who agreed to share with you. For group sharing, only members participating in that share. Nothing is ever made public.

5. Third Parties and External Services

We do not sell or share user information with third parties except as required by law. The App uses Supabase (database and authentication, Tokyo region) and Expo (push notification delivery).

The App includes an ad slot, but it currently shows only the Company's own notices (recruitment information). No third-party ad network is used. If one is introduced, this policy will be updated first.

6. Retention and Deletion

Location data and messages are deleted automatically after 7 days.
You can unlink a partner or leave a group at any time from within the App.
Deleting the App stops all location collection. To request deletion of data tied to your anonymous ID, contact us below.

7. Use by Children

The App is intended for family use. If a child uses it, please review the App together as a family with a guardian.

8. Contact

Inquiries about this policy: imadoko@infradesign.co.jp

9. Changes

This policy may be updated as needed. Material changes will be announced in the App or on this page.
