Terms of Service (English)

Last updated: August 11, 2026

These Terms govern the use of the ImaDoko ON（今ドコON） app (the "App"). By using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

The App is a free service for sharing your location only for a duration you approve, funded by advertising.

2. Important Notes About Location

The App is not an emergency location service. In an emergency, contact the police, fire service, or other public authorities.
Displayed locations may be inaccurate or fail to update depending on the device, GPS conditions, and network. We do not guarantee accuracy or timeliness.
Location is sent only while the App is open. It does not update while the App is closed.

3. Prohibited Conduct

The following are prohibited and may result in suspension: coercing someone into sharing their location, or using the App for surveillance or tracking; impersonating others; disclosing a shared location to third parties without that person's consent; violating laws or the rights of others; interfering with the service or unauthorized access.

4. Control Over Sharing

The person who receives a request decides whether to share and for how long, and may decline. The "Not now" setting stops requests entirely. You can unlink a partner or leave a group at any time. Report misuse to the address below.

5. Accounts

The App works without account registration. As a result, your registrations cannot be carried over if you change or reset your device. Deleting the App stops all further location collection.

6. Ads

The App may display advertisements, including the operator's own notices.

7. Disclaimer

Except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence, the operator is not liable for damages arising from data loss, interruption or termination of the service, or inaccuracy of location information.

8. Changes to or Termination of the Service

The operator may change or terminate the App with prior notice, announced within a reasonable period.

9. Changes to These Terms

These Terms may be updated. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan.
