よくあるご質問

アカウントとデータの削除

アカウントと、それに紐づくデータはいつでも削除できます。

削除されるもの：アカウント（ログイン情報・登録したメールアドレス）、各アルバムへの参加情報、表示名。

ご注意：ご自身が投稿した写真・動画・コメントは、共有先のアルバムに残る場合があります（投稿者の情報は削除されます）。投稿そのものを消したい場合は、アカウントを削除する前に、アプリ内で個別に削除してください。

アカウントを削除せずに、データだけを削除する：アカウントはそのままで、ご自身が投稿した写真・動画・コメントを個別に削除できます。アルバムから抜けることもできます。アルバムに残したくないものがある場合は、抜ける前に削除してください。

FAQ

How do I join an album? Join via the invitation QR code or link sent to you by the person who invited you.
Are my photos safely stored? The App is a sharing service, not a backup or storage guarantee. Always keep the originals on your own device or another storage location.
How do I delete my account? You can leave an album or delete your account at any time from within the App. See Deleting your account and data.

Deleting your account and data

You can delete your account and its associated data at any time.

From the App: open the "Members" screen, or the role indicator (ⓘ), and choose "Delete account". You will be asked to confirm.
If you have already uninstalled the App: email menkoina@infradesign.co.jp and we will delete it for you after verifying your identity.

What is deleted: your account (sign-in details and any registered email address), your membership in each album, and your display name.

Please note: photos, videos and comments you posted may remain in the albums you shared them with, although they will no longer identify you. If you want those removed as well, delete them individually in the App before deleting your account.

How long deletion takes

Using "Delete account" in the App: deleted immediately.
By email request: deleted within 30 days of verifying your identity (this allows for extended holiday periods).
An album with no remaining members: kept for about 30 days so it can be restored, then scheduled for deletion.
System backups: data may persist for up to 60 days after deletion, and is erased as those backups expire.

Deleting data without deleting your account: you can keep your account and delete individual photos, videos and comments you posted. You can also leave an album. If there is anything you do not want left behind, delete it before you leave.
